The hotel offers attentive staff. They welcomed us with a refreshing drink and fruit upon arrival. the location is also quite central, placing the hotel within reasonable walking distance of key attractions (i especially liked this!).
i found the room smaller than expected. it felt somewhat cramped, and the breakfast area was very crowded (it was hard to find a spot).

The breakfast buffet offered numerous options. It included both local and international dishes. The laundry service returned clothes clean and neatly folded. The rooftop bar had city views.
My room was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour. The gym was quite small and lacked equipment. There was no complimentary water in the room. I thought it was unusual.

Nikki provided helpful guidance about local attractions, even sending brochures. I was granted a complimentary one-hour late checkout on my final day because of room availability. The team addressed my requirements effectively and created a cute atmosphere.
The breakfast area became crowded and one morning I had to wait for a table.

I was charmed by the location near Hoan Kiem Lake. I appreciated the airport transfer service. It was smooth. My room had a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, a nice plus. I found the staff promptly addressed any requests I had.
The hallway noise was occasionally noticeable, not too bad though.

The breakfast featured fresh salads and tropical fruits. The upstairs restaurant provided a pleasing view. It was a good start to the day. Coffee, tea and juice were always available during breakfast hours.
